ECHO Personnel is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Driver with Clamp Attachment experience for a well-established logistics and warehousing company based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled FLT Driver to join a growing business offering stable, ongoing work in a professional warehouse environment. Previous experience using a paper clamp attachment is preferred.

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate counterbalance trucks with clamp attachment safely and efficiently within the warehouse
  • Move, load, unload, and store goods accurately without causing damage
  • Handle paper reels, palletised goods, and other stock using clamp attachments
  • Complete daily pre-use checks and report any faults or maintenance issues
  • Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required
  • Ensure stock is moved accurately and recorded correctly
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
  • Follow all health & safety procedures and site regulations

Requirements:

  • Valid Counterbalance licence
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
  • Confident operating Paper Clamp equipment
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude

Working Hours: 5 days out of 7 (rota basis) 8-10 hours per day, between 6:00am - 6:00pm
