Salary: Starting salary: £34,706 per annum. After successful probation: £40,830 per annum.
Working Hours: 42 hours average per week. Panama shift pattern: 06:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 06:00, covering 7 days.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations.
- Load, unload, move, and store materials using a forklift truck (FLT).
- Complete production tasks in line with company procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health standards are met.
