This is an excellent opportunity for experienced warehouse and FLT professionals to join a reputable organisation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is not a standard FLT-only role - alongside Counterbalance FLT operation, you will support production activities, warehouse operations and computer-based systems. Salary: Starting salary: £34,706 per annum After successful probation: £40,830 per annum Working Hours: 42 hours average per week Panama shift pattern: 06:00 – 18:00 / 18:00 – 06:00, covering 7 days Key Responsibilities: Operate production and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently Support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations Load, unload, move, and store materials using a forklift truck (FLT) Complete production tasks in line with company procedures and quality standards Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health
