Job Description ECHO Personnel is recruiting a Multi-Skilled FLT Operative for a well-established food manufacturing business based in Corby. \n This is an excellent opportunity for experienced warehouse and FLT professionals to join a reputable organisation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is not a standard FLT-only role - alongside Counterbalance FLT operation, you will support production activities, warehouse operations and computer-based systems. \n Salary: \n Starting salary: Β£34,706 per annum \n After successful probation: Β£40,830 per annum \n Working Hours: \n 42 hours average per week \n Panama shift pattern: 06:00 β 18:00 / 18:00 β 06:00, covering 7 days \n Key Responsibilities: \n \n Operate production and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently \n Support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations \n Load, unload, move, and store materials using a forklift truck (FLT) \n Complete production tasks in line with company procedures and quality standards \n Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements are followed \n Carry out checks to maintain product quality and minimise waste \n Maintain a clean and organised working environment \n Work closely with team members to achieve production targets and support continuous improvement \n Complete all required documentation accurately \n \n Requirements: \n \n Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential) \n Previous warehouse experience (essential) \n Good standard of IT skills β essential (Microsoft packages, emails and in-house stock systems) \n Able and motivated to lift loads up to 25kg β essential \n Good understanding of health & safety and workplace procedures \n Ability to work a rotating Panama shift pattern \n Strong teamwork and communication skills \n Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently \n Pivot Steer FLT licence β desirable \n PPT licence β desirable \n Previous food production / food manufacturing experience β desirable \n \n Benefits: \n \n Permanent position \n Pension from day one with 4% employer contribution (option to increase with matched contributions up to 10%) \n Medical expenses scheme \n Staff discount scheme after probation \n Excellent opportunity for career progression \n Stable working environment with a well-established organisation \n \n If you're interested, please apply by submitting your CV \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
