ECHO Personnel is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our client's dynamic team in Corby. The client is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions for various sectors, including food and industrial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating and monitoring machinery to assemble, pack, and seal products efficiently
- Setting up machines and adjusting settings to meet production requirements
- Inspecting products for quality assurance before dispatch
- Performing basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery and work area
- Assisting with other general factory duties as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a factory or packaging environment is preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills, including machine operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards
- Physically fit and able to lift and move products and pallets
- Flexible and able to work 2 rotating shifts (6am-1:30pm / 1:30pm-9pm)
