Weekend Production Supervisor Temporary to Permanent Saturday and Sunday - Day shift 17.00 per hour Weekend Production Supervisor We are currently recruiting for an experienced Weekend Production Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Corby.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys leading people, supporting daily operations, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of motivating a small team while maintaining high standards across the production area.
Supervise and support a small production team during weekend operations.
Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
Support team members with training, guidance, and day-to-day operational issues.
Carry out quality checks and ensure company standards are met.
Operate Reach or Counterbalance trucks when required.
Communicate effectively with management and provide updates on production performance.
Previous experience in a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, or similar role is essential.
Valid Reach Truck or Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a busy production environment.
Competitive pay of £17.00 per hour.
Temporary to Permanent opportunity.
Weekend working pattern
Saturday and Sunday.
Immediate start available for the right candidate.
