Echo Personnel is looking for a friendly, confident, and outgoing Mobile Recruitment Driver & Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a unique role where you'll be travelling throughout Corby, Kettering, and Wellingborough, helping to promote current job opportunities and engage with local job seekers. You'll be the face of Echo Personnel within the community, so a positive attitude and excellent people skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and operate our mobile recruitment vehicle across designated locations.
  • Engage with members of the public and discuss current vacancies.
  • Promote Echo Personnel's services and opportunities.
  • Encourage candidate registrations and answer basic recruitment queries.
  • Represent the business in a professional and approachable manner.
What We're Looking For:
  • Aged 25 or over (due to company vehicle insurance requirements).
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Confident speaking with members of the public.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional.
  • Reliable and self-motivated.
  • Reasonably flexible with working days and locations.
