ECHO Personnel is recruiting an experienced Installation Electrician for a well-established industrial electrical engineering company based in Rushden. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated electrician to join a reputable business with over 40 years experience, offering a permanent position within a stable industrial and commercial installation environment.
Salary: £34,000 - £42,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out industrial electrical installations across a range of customer sites including recycling, printing, farming, and processing plants
- Install electrical supplies, lighting systems, distribution boards, and MCCB panels (up to 2000 amp systems)
- Work on control panels and emergency stop systems
- Support electrical maintenance and EICR testing requirements when needed
- Work both independently and as part of a team on installation projects
- Deliver high standards of workmanship and customer service on all sites
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations and standards
Requirements:
- Experience in industrial electrical installation work
- 18th Edition City & Guilds qualification (essential)
- NVQ Level 3 / AM2 or equivalent (essential)
- ECS or CSCS card (essential)
- 2391 Testing & Inspection qualification (preferred/essential depending on client requirement)
- Ability to work at height
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong customer-facing and communication skills
- Ability to complete jobs from start to finish to a high standard
