ECHO Personnel is seeking an experienced and organised Programme Administrator (Maternity Cover) to join our client's busy team in Kettering. Our client is a leading provider of tools, diagnostics, and professional equipment solutions, offering lease and finance programmes to support their customers' business needs.
Shift: 08:30 - 17:00
Salary: £28,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer all aspects of lease business applications, documentation, and funding
- Gather full application information from end-user customers and enter data into the system
- Review credit applications for completeness and liaise with customers, sales reps, and franchisees as required
- Communicate credit decisions to customers and sales teams
- Support follow-up on approved but not closed applications to improve sales close ratios
- Create and distribute contracts and ensure all supporting documentation is collected
- Promote lease programmes and provide training to new reps or franchisees
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4+ years of relevant experience in lease/finance administration
- General knowledge of the Snap-on franchise business
- Some credit experience desirable
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Approachable, responsive, and self-motivated
