This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and hands-on Hygiene professional to join a growing business offering a permanent contract from day one within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the hygiene team during the shift, ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed effectively and on time.
- Ensure hygiene cleaning schedules are adhered to at all times.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to hygiene operatives when required.
- Verify hygiene operative competency and identify training needs.
- Manage day-to-day hygiene tasks to maintain Food Safety, GMP, and Food Integrity standards.
- Investigate and respond to hygiene-related non-conformances in line with company procedures.
- Support investigations into environmental and food contact swab failures.
- Plan and oversee cleaning of factory equipment including tins, racks, and frames.
- Monitor hygiene consumable stock levels and order supplies as necessary.
