Echo Healthcare Services have a client in Corby looking for Healthcare Assistants. We are looking to hire talented Healthcare Assistants that are passionate about supporting the elderly. You will be welcomed to the Echo Healthcare team with access to staff benefits such as a full range of online training, holiday, weekly pay, and Enhanced DBS.
The main responsibilities of the job are to support vulnerable adults to live as independently as possible. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be supporting elderly residents to live well in a warm, homely, and friendly supportive environment. The hours will be 12 hr shifts 7-7 day and/or night shifts/weekends are available.
An NVQ Level 2/3 qualification/Care Certificate or previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant is desirable. The wellbeing of all residents comes first and foremost; as a precautionary measure, you must have had at least 2 doses of a COVID vaccine to take on a Healthcare Assistant role.
Required:
- Good communication skills and willingness to work flexibly to suit our client's needs.
- In-Person Moving and Handling training certificate OR All-In-One-Day Mandatory training.
- Free access to a range of accredited training courses and webinars with facilities to complete them, uniform provided and DBS.
