ECHO Personnel is recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Driver with Clamp Attachment experience for a well-established logistics and warehousing company based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled FLT Driver to join a growing business offering stable, ongoing work in a professional warehouse environment. Previous experience using a paper clamp attachment is preferred.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate counterbalance trucks with clamp attachment safely and efficiently within the warehouse
- Move, load, unload, and store goods accurately without causing damage
- Handle paper reels, palletised goods, and other stock using clamp attachments
- Complete daily pre-use checks and report any faults or maintenance issues
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles when required
- Ensure stock is moved accurately and recorded correctly
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Follow all health & safety procedures and site regulations
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance licence
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Confident operating Paper Clamp equipment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
Working Hours: 5 days out of 7 (rota basis) 8-10 hours per day, between 6:00am - 6:00pm
