Sales Support Administrator Corby | £35,000–£40,000 per annum | Permanent Immediate Start | Interviews: 12th October Monday–Thursday: 7:30am–4:30pm Friday: 7:30am–12:30pm Are you a confident, commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, chasing opportunities and helping turn enquiries into sales? Echo Personnel is recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join an established and successful business in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in sales administration, internal sales or customer-focused sales who wants a role where they can genuinely make an impact. You'll work closely with the Sales Managers and wider sales team, taking ownership of the spare parts sales pipeline and proactively following up opportunities from initial enquiry through to completion. What will you be doing? Your role will include: Preparing and supporting with customer quotations Managing the sales inbox and responding promptly to customer enquiries Providing day-to-day support to the Sales Managers and wider sales team Proactively identifying opportunities to drive spare parts sales Contacting existing customers and following up on potential leads Making outbound calls to generate new sales opportunities Following up telephone conversations with professional emails and quotations Proactively chasing outstanding quotations and opportunities through to conclusion Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers Taking ownership of the day-to-day spare parts sales pipeline Keeping customer and sales information accurate and up to date Working closely with the wider team to maximise sales opportunities
