Overview

We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Executive to join a well-established print business based in Corby. This is a varied, full-time permanent role combining proactive sales activity with high-quality customer service, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote products and services to both existing and new customers
  • Follow up with customers after samples have been sent to secure orders
  • Contact customers once orders have been received to provide updates and maintain relationships
  • Reach out to customers who have not ordered recently to re-engage and promote products
  • Carry out warm and cold calling to generate new business opportunities
  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain and update the CRM database accurately and consistently
  • Liaise with the Artwork Department to resolve any artwork quality or file issues
  • Chase deliveries and keep customers informed of order progress and timescales
  • Discuss troubleshooting and resolve any issues customers may experience
  • Communicate effectively with various internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
  • Plan and manage your day independently, working to your own initiative
  • Maintain a kind, approachable, and professional manner with all clients

  • Previous experience in sales and customer service, ideally within a print or manufacturing environment
  • Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills
  • Comfortable with warm and cold calling
  • Experience using CRM systems
