Overview
We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Executive to join a well-established print business based in Corby. This is a varied, full-time permanent role combining proactive sales activity with high-quality customer service, supporting customers from initial enquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote products and services to both existing and new customers
- Follow up with customers after samples have been sent to secure orders
- Contact customers once orders have been received to provide updates and maintain relationships
- Reach out to customers who have not ordered recently to re-engage and promote products
- Carry out warm and cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain and update the CRM database accurately and consistently
- Liaise with the Artwork Department to resolve any artwork quality or file issues
- Chase deliveries and keep customers informed of order progress and timescales
- Discuss troubleshooting and resolve any issues customers may experience
- Communicate effectively with various internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Plan and manage your day independently, working to your own initiative
- Maintain a kind, approachable, and professional manner with all clients
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in sales and customer service, ideally within a print or manufacturing environment
- Confident communicator with strong telephone and email skills
- Comfortable with warm and cold calling
- Experience using CRM systems
- Well organised with good time management skills
- Able to work independently and plan workload effectively
