We are currently recruiting for an experienced Weekend Production Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who enjoys leading people, supporting daily operations, and ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, capable of motivating a small team while maintaining high standards across the production area.

  • Supervise and support a small production team during weekend operations.
  • Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
