ECHO Personnel are looking for an experienced Plastic Injection Mold Setter to join a fast-paced, high-volume team in Corby on a permanent basis. This is your chance to work with 20 injection molding machines (150450 tons) in a dynamic environment and make a real impact from day one!

What you'll be doing:
- Set up, start-up, and optimize injection molding machines.
- Monitor production, check quality with calipers and optical tools, and reduce material scrap.
- Troubleshoot processing issues, maintain equipment, and document process changes.
- Provide feedback on mold design and assist Tool & Die Makers in optimizing molds.
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
What we're looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in plastic injection mold setting and processing.
- Knowledge of molding machines, overhead cranes, injection tools, and parts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly.
- Self-organized, motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
Shift pattern: Rotational: Week 1: 6am-2pm | Week 2: 2pm-10pm | Week 3: 10pm-6am
