ECHO Personnel is seeking an experienced and reliable FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our client's dynamic team in Corby. Our client is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions for various sectors, including food and industrial markets.
This role offers a Monday-Friday rotating shift schedule, working 6:00am-1:30pm and 1:30pm-9:00pm, within a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Operating a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
- Moving stock within the warehouse and production areas
- Supplying materials to production lines as required
- Conducting routine equipment checks and reporting any faults
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
- Valid external Counterbalance FLT certificate (essential)
- Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting
- Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work rotating shifts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
Shifts: Monday-Friday rotating shifts 6:00am-1:30pm / 1:30pm-9:00pm
Pay Rate: £17.08 per hour
