Echo Personnel is recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join an established and busy business in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a varied role where no two days are quite the same. You'll play an important part in supporting different areas of the business, helping to keep information accurate, processes organised and the day-to-day operation running efficiently. What will you be doing? You'll have a varied workload, including: Supporting with works orders, documentation and invoicing queries Collating information and assisting with KPI reporting and tracking Creating, updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets Completing accurate data entry and document management Scanning, filing and maintaining organised records Providing general administrative support across different departments Working with colleagues across the business to ensure information is accurate and up to date Helping to improve organisation and efficiency across everyday administrative processes What are we looking for? We're looking for someone who is: An experienced administrator with a strong background in a busy office environment Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Comfortable working with data, figures and documentation Proactive, reliable and able to manage their own workload
