Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire Pay Rate: £20.00 per hour Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Benefits: Paid breaks
An Exciting Opportunity to Join a Growing Business! We are recruiting experienced and skilled TIG Welders to join a prestigious and well-established company based in Brackley, Northamptonshire. This is an exciting time to join the business as they continue to grow and expand. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, offering the chance to secure a permanent position with the company following a successful temporary period.
The Role
As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds, working from technical drawings and ensuring all work meets the required quality and safety standards.
- Carrying out high-quality TIG welding to specification.
- Reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings.
- Measuring, preparing and assembling components prior to welding.
- Ensuring welds meet quality and dimensional requirements.
- Inspecting finished work and identifying any defects.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Working effectively as part of a skilled production team.
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in TIG welding.
- Confident reading and interpreting technical drawings.
- Able to work accurately with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of welding techniques and quality standards.
- Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Own transport or access to a vehicle is essential due to the location.
