ECHO Personnel is recruiting a Multi-Skilled FLT Operative for a well-established food manufacturing business based in Corby.This is an excellent opportunity for experienced warehouse and FLT professionals to join a reputable organisation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is not a standard FLT-only role - alongside Counterbalance FLT operation, you will support production activities, warehouse operations and computer-based systems.

Starting salary: £34,706 per annumAfter successful probation: £40,830 per annum
Working Hours
42 hours average per weekPanama shift pattern: 06:00 – 18:00 / 18:00 – 06:00, covering 7 days
Key Responsibilities
Operate production and warehouse equipment safely and efficientlySupport daily manufacturing and warehouse operationsLoad, unload, move, and store materials using a forklift truck (FLT)Complete production tasks in line with company procedures and quality standardsEnsure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety requirements are followedCarry out checks to maintain product quality and minimise wasteMaintain a clean and organised working environmentWork closely with team members to achieve production targets and support continuous improvementComplete all required documentation accurately
