We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the position of Food Production Operative in Wellingborough. Our client is a leading supplier of spices, seasonings, and pulses to top‑tier food manufacturing companies.

Responsibilities

  • As a Food Production Operative, you will be responsible for production line work, packing, and general housekeeping.
  • The role may involve heavy lifting, including repetitive lifting of bags containing spices weighing up to 20kg.

Shifts

  • Monday‑Friday, weekly rotation – 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00.

Pay Rate

  • £10.97 p/h.

Overtime & Bonus

  • £16.46 p/h for AM and PM shifts, £20 attendance bonus paid weekly.
