Echo Personnel is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / 7.5T Driver on behalf of our client based in Kettering. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with ad hoc driving between company sites.
Pay Rate: £14.93 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00am - 3:30pm
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Driving a 7.5T vehicle between warehouses in Kettering and occasionally Peterborough.
- Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
- Ensuring all deliveries and collections are completed accurately and on time.
- Completing vehicle checks and maintaining transport documentation.
- Supporting warehouse operations during quieter periods, including:
- Picking and packing orders
- Goods in and goods out
- Stock control and inventory checks
- General housekeeping duties
Requirements
- Valid UK 7.5T Driving Licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification card.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Valid Counterbalance and/or Bendi (Flexi) Forklift Licence.
- Previous warehouse and driving experience preferred.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to support warehouse operations as required.
