ECHO Personnel is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join our client's busy warehouse team in Corby. Our client is a leading logistics and supply chain provider, offering high-quality warehousing and distribution services to a range of customers. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable and skilled warehouse professional, working Monday–Friday on a 2:00pm–10:00pm shift.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Reach Truck, while also supporting with general warehouse duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating a Reach Truck safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment
  • Loading and unloading goods, moving stock, and supporting warehouse operations
  • Completing stock movements and ensuring goods are stored correctly
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties as required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Following all health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
  • Valid Reach Truck licence is essential
  • Previous Reach Truck operating experience is required
  • Previous warehouse experience is essential
  • Ability to carry out a variety of warehouse duties, not just truck operations
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team

Shifts: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:00pm

Pay Rate: £14.20 per hour
