ECHO Personnel is recruiting an experienced Quality Control Operative for a well‐established and highly reputable food production company based in Corby. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‐oriented individual with quality control experience to join a company offering stable, ongoing work in a professional production environment.
Pay: £13.46 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out quality checks on products throughout the production process.
- Inspect packaging, labelling, and finished goods to ensure standards are met.
- Taste products as part of routine quality assessments.
- Record quality control results accurately and complete relevant paperwork.
- Identify defects, non‐conforming products, or production issues promptly.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
- Work closely with production teams to resolve quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Requirements
- Previous quality control experience within food production preferred.
- Good attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
- Ability to complete paperwork and records clearly.
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety standards desirable.

- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
Working Hours
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00am – 2:00pm.
- Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm.
