We are looking for VNA Drivers to join a well-established distribution company based in Kettering.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation that plays a key role in supplying goods efficiently across the UK.

We are currently recruiting for
- 1 x AM Shift Driver (6:00am – 2:00pm) – £14.09 per hour
- 1 x PM Shift Driver (2:00pm – 10:00pm) – £14.69 per hour
This role requires candidates who are confident operating both Reach Truck and VNA equipment and have valid licences for both.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Reach Truck and VNA equipment safely and efficiently
- Put away, replenish, and pick stock accurately within the warehouse
- Work with warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners
- Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults or issues
- Ensure all stock is handled with care to prevent damage
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Work to set targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy
Requirements
- Valid Reach Truck and VNA forklift licences (essential)
- Previous experience operating both Reach and VNA trucks in a warehouse environment
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in picking/stock movement
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced distribution setting
- Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
