An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Consultant to join our Professional Services team. This key role involves managing and mentoring a team of functional and technical consultants, driving business strategy, and ensuring seamless client engagement. The Role
The Lead Consultant will provide services both internally and externally to our client and partner base. Will lead and inspire a team of functional and technical consultants to deliver the company strategy and goals. Will be the primary point of contact between a client company and the consulting team. Will meet with clients to discuss their needs and wants and create delivery plans working with all teams in the business to overachieve revenue targets. Will work with all consultants to drive their career development and support their aspirations to excel as analysts across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Revenue Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to identify revenue opportunities, gaps, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate them into actionable requirements focused on revenue generation.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of revenue-focused projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Data Analysis: Utilising data analysis techniques to gather, review, and interpret data, providing insights to support revenue-related and evidence-based decision-making.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions related to revenue generation.
- Reporting: Generate detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership, with a focus on revenue impact.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve revenue generation strategies and business processes.
Work Environment
Location: Hybrid role with occasional remote work options. Hours: Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate project deadlines.

Qualifications
Education: University level education will be advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role focused on revenue generation and client satisfaction. Knowledge of the Salesforce Eco-system would also be advantageous.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and project management software.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are advantageous.
