We are hiring a Human Resources Specialist to provide remote administrative support to leaders and teams. The role handles scheduling, inbox management, research, and the small operational tasks that keep busy people moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings across time zones, and prioritise the day
  • Triage and respond to inbox traffic on behalf of leaders, flagging what needs attention

  • Coordinate travel, expense reports, and reimbursements end-to-end
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and trackers using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
