Echo House Ltd is a market leader in creative production and digital design. Join our team as a Senior Installation Scheduler and play a key role in connecting Project Managers, the install team, and sub‑contractors.
Contract: Initial 1‑year to 18‑month contract with potential to become permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Book installation visits to stores using online portals or email.
- Ensure the install team has all relevant passes, insurance questionnaires, and information packs.
- Maintain and update Health & Safety RAMs reports, submitting them to stores prior to installation.
- Coordinate booking of sub‑contractors, gather schedules and quotations, and document costs on standard Excel schedules.
- Send schedules of costs to Project Coordinators for approval and raise purchase orders with suppliers.
- Communicate clearly with project teams, logistics, and installers to ensure timing and booking procedures are maintained.
- Maintain communication with stores to prepare for visits as necessary.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as requested by Directors or department heads.
- Promote all health and safety procedures, sustainability policies, and Echo House values.
Qualifications:
- Scheduling experience (desirable).
- Understanding of materials, tools, and the installation process.
- Retail space knowledge and experience.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and practical MS Office experience.
- Flexibility, team participation, and a quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Experience in the graphics and creative production industry (required).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
