We’re now looking for an experienced Senior Fabrication Project Manager to lead our workshop and production teams in delivering flawless, installation‑ready work to the highest luxury standards. About the Role
Reporting to the Directors and the Fabrication & Design Manager, you’ll be responsible for translating design intent into outstanding physical execution. You’ll lead multi‑disciplinary fabrication teams to deliver premium retail fixtures, displays, and bespoke installations — on time, on budget, and without compromise on quality. What You’ll Be Doing
- Luxury Production Leadership
- Lead fabrication across high‑end retail fixtures, counters, gondolas, plinths, displays, and bespoke brand elements
- Deliver consistently premium finishes suitable for luxury fashion and beauty environments
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with immovable retail launch deadlines
- Ensure all items are packed, protected, and arrive on site in perfect condition
- Brand Standards & Quality Excellence
- Uphold strict brand guidelines, material specifications, colour tolerances, and finish standards
- Review drawings, samples, prototypes, and mock‑ups to ensure exceptional detail and finish
- Lead and develop highly skilled teams across joinery, acrylic, metal, modelling, finishing, and assembly
- Set clear expectations around workmanship, care, cleanliness, and accountability
- Build pride in craft and deep understanding of luxury brand expectations
- Technical & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Technical Design, Project Management, and Creative teams
- Review drawings for buildability, tolerance, sequencing, safety, and material behaviour
- Support value engineering without compromising brand intent
- Commercial, Safety & Continuous Improvement
- Manage labour, materials, wastage, and specialist finishes against project budgets
- Maintain exemplary workshop standards and strict compliance with UK H&S legislation
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tooling, machinery, and fabrication methods
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading fabrication or production teams within luxury retail, fashion, or cosmetics
- Exceptional understanding of premium materials, finishes, and detailing
- Strong technical knowledge across joinery, acrylic, metal, spray and surface finishes
- Experience delivering projects to fixed retail launch or store opening dates
- Confident, detail‑driven leader with strong commercial awareness
Highly Desirable
- Experience working with global luxury or beauty brands
- Knowledge of POS, permanent fixtures, and global roll‑out programmes
- CNC, laser cutting, and advanced fabrication process knowledge
- Understanding of installation logistics and site‑finish expectations
