Are you an experienced, competent Mortgage & Protection Adviser with your own client bank? Would you like support in generating more business, alongside access to mortgage enquiries whenever you need them – completely free of charge? If so, we’d love to speak with you. We provide the infrastructure, tech, and leads to help you clear £100k+ by year two.
Status: Full-time, Self-employed
Location: Remote (Nationwide UK) – Phone or Video
Because we are Directly Authorised (DA), there is no network cut before you get paid.
- Self-Generated Leads: Up to 80% of all completed income.
- Echo Provided Leads: Up to 40% of all completed income.
- Echo Provided Appointments: Up to 35% of all completed income.
Income streams include: Broker fees, Procuration fees, Protection income (all indemnity), and multiple referral streams (Solicitors, Wills, etc.).

What We Require: To ensure you can hit the ground running with our volume of leads, you must have:
- 24+ months of whole-of-market mortgage placement experience.
- An existing client bank you want to maximise.
- The discipline to work successfully in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to grow your own business.
