As a successful and ever-growing brokerage, Echo Finance are always looking for talented London-based mortgage advisers to join our expanding team. This includes advisers who are based in close proximity to the capital and want to serve our customers there.
For this position, you do need at least 18 months experience in the mortgage industry and must be based in and around the London area.
Although this role involves working with our London clients, you will also be expected to take leads from customers based elsewhere in the UK, in line with the needs of the business.

Location
- London – You must be based in or around the UK capital. You can either advise over the phone/video call or we can arrange face to face appointments for you to visit the client, whichever you prefer.
Who are Echo Finance?
- We are a directly authorised, nationwide, whole of market equity release, mortgage & protection firm based in Mirfield, West Yorkshire and have been trading since 2012
What you must have:
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- Current mortgage advising experience
- At least 18 months\’ mortgage advising experience. Experience Does NOT have to be Whole of Market experience. We will train you to become a Whole of Market advisor.
- Ability to work remotely
- A real desire to grow your own business, with our guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Rewards:
- Self-employed status with remote working
- Realistic and provable earnings of £50k in year one and £100k+ from year two onwards
- Income derived Broker fees, Procuration fees, Protection income (all indemnity), Property Insurance, Solicitor Referral fees, Will Referral fees & Intercompany referrals. All with NO network deductions
