Monday - Friday 9am-5pm UK Time (Closed weekends and public holidays).
As a successful and ever-growing brokerage, Echo Finance are looking for talented mortgage advisers to join our expanding team, working with our high net worth (HNW) clients. In this role, your main focus will be our high net worth individual clients. On a day-to-day basis, you will tend to their mortgage needs, arranging bespoke deals that are high in value and offering them advice on niche products geared to their specific needs. Our high net worth mortgage brokers are also expected to take leads for non-HNW clients as and when required.
Location: Nationwide - You can live & work from anywhere in the UK. You can either advise over the phone/video call or we can arrange face-to-face appointments for you to visit the client, whichever you prefer.
What you must have:
- Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification
- Current mortgage advising experience (with high net worth clients desirable)
- At least 18 months' whole of market mortgage placement experience
- Ability to work remotely
- A real desire to grow your own business, with our guidance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Rewards:
- Self-employed status with remote working
- Realistic and provable earnings of £50k in year one and £100k+ from year two onwards
- Income derived from Broker fees, Procuration fees, Protection income (all indemnity), Property Insurance, Solicitor Referral fees, Will Referral fees & Intercompany referrals. All with NO network deductions
