We're an award-winning travel management company that wins clients because our people think like consultants, not bookers. If you love explaining why a fare is the right choice as much as finding it, read on.
About echo.bravo: We're an award-winning boutique travel management company scaling fast toward £25M TTV. We manage business travel for high-growth companies, elite performers, and brands across the world, clients who demand precision and expect their travel manager to think like a member of their own team. We're small and ambitious, not a slow-moving TMC. You'll work directly with the Founder and General Manager, and the decisions you make will actually matter.
The role: You'll step straight into a warm portfolio of trading clients with annual travel spends in the £1m–£3m range. You'll own it, grow it, protect it, and make smart commercial decisions. Day to day that means complex bookings via Galileo, proactive account management, travel policy oversight, and clear reporting. But above all, it means acting as a trusted consultant to your clients: every recommendation comes with a rationale, not just a price.
What you'll do:
- Own and develop a portfolio of corporate travel accounts
- Book and manage complex itineraries using Galileo
- Present travel options to clients with clear, confident reasoning — not just the cheapest fare
- Manage and enforce client travel policies
- Deliver regular reporting and spend analysis
- Stay proactively in touch with clients — flagging issues before they become problems
- Keep the internal team updated via Microsoft Teams without being chased
- Occasionally travel to meet clients face to face
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years in a corporate travel management or high-end leisure role (TMC or agency)
- Confident, proficient Galileo or Amadeus GDS user — you'll be using it from day one
- A genuine consultancy mindset: you explain options, you don't just send them
- Proactive communicator — with clients and with your team, unprompted
- Commercially sharp: you understand where value is created for the client and for the business
- Self-directed but team-connected — you crack on without being chased, and you keep people in the loop without being asked
- Adaptable: our service standards are high and specific — you'll embrace that, not resist it
- Experience in a lean, fast-moving team is a bonus. Applications welcome from strong leisure consultants ready to make the move into corporate.
Working arrangements:
- During probation: 4 days in the office, 1 day from home
- Post-probation: 2 days in the office, 3 days from home
- Structured onboarding with 4 days of software training in London before you start
- A structured transition for the right leisure candidate
- Ideal start day 1st July, but can be flexible on notice periods — we'll wait for the right person
What's on offer:
- Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
- Performance bonus structure
- Direct access to senior leadership — your input will shape how we scale
- A close-knit team where great work is noticed
- Part of one of the fastest-growing travel companies in the UK
