Echo Base Global is a digital finance company creating an end-to-end crypto ecosystem built on Web3 technology. Echo Base drives interoperability across its products to create an integrated, user-first experience that simplifies the complexity of interacting with digital assets. We are seeking a skilled Content Manager and writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, exceptional writing and proofreading skills, and a deep understanding of cryptocurrency and the web 3 ecosystem.
In this role, you will be responsible for writing and managing high-quality written content that engages our audience and aligns with our brand voice.
What will you do:
- Oversee content strategy and planning by conducting audience research and defining key content topics and formats.
- Create editorial calendars and workflows while ensuring that all content aligns with our broader strategy, within the cryptocurrency and web 3 sectors.
- Write and proofread articles, blog posts, social media content, emails, story boards, scripts, taglines and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with various teams, across the organization, to produce cohesive and effective content.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance in all content related to cryptocurrency and web 3 topics.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, news, and emerging technologies to inform content creation and strategy.

What we are looking for:

- Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the web3 ecosystem.
- A strong understanding of branding principles.
- Familiarity with Hubspot, SEO and SEM best practices and content management systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think critically and adapt content to different formats and audiences.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in writing, copywriting and content management with a portfolio of writing samples showcasing your work.
- Cryptocurrency, blockchain, web 3 experience.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track content performance and engagement.
- Experience with content promotion strategies and tactics, including social media and email to maximize reach and impact.
