The role: Echo is looking for an Agent’s Assistant to join our passionate and close-knit team. It’s a vital role supporting Agents across the business to ensure a positive Client experience and smooth running of projects. The right candidate has unrivalled attention to detail, has excellent communication skills, can work as part of a team and is passionate about a job done well. They’ll be proactive and a multi-tasker who can handle the pressure of a high paced and busy environment with a “can do” attitude. Location: hybrid, remote and/or at our offices - De Beauvoir Block, London, N1 4EN

Hours: part-time or full-time (Mon-Fri, 9:30am-6pm) considered

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in an Agent’s Assistant or Project Management role within the film industry
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Experience of diary management, assisting and prioritising busy workloads for others
  • Innovative thinker with strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude
  • Quick learner and driven to expand knowledge
  • Experience in building positive internal and external relationships
  • Confident in using and managing Mac OS, software applications and cloud systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, CRM and project management tools and using AI tools
  • Previous experience as an Assistant at a Talent Agency or in the Entertainment industry
  • Passionate about Commercials, Music Videos, Film and TV productions

Responsibilities Include:

  • Administrative support for Agents including inbox, calendar and workload management.
  • Maintaining CRM systems and ensuring accurate data entry
  • Provide coordination, monitoring, and updates on projects as needed
  • Administrative support for Clients including meeting and calendar management.
  • Assisting with contracts, deal memos, invoicing, and tracking client projects
  • Liaising cross departments (film/TV, commercials, accounts dept etc) to ensure the latest Client information is shared
  • Supporting with client information: updating CVs, bios, web pages, and project details
  • Social Media Management (writing and scheduling news pieces for our social media platforms)
  • Being the first point of call for the company, both on the phone and in person
  • Supporting with events, travel and organisation
  • Supporting the CEO with diary management, administrative tasks and other ad hoc support requests
  • Helping with occasional events, screenings, or award shows and festivals (as needed)
  • Supporting ad-hoc requests from Agents and the Operations team
