A leading manufacturer of process equipment is looking to add a driven Project Sales Engineer to their team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that supplies high-quality solutions into the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries. You’ll play a key role in managing sales projects from enquiry through to delivery, working closely with engineering, production, and clients to ensure the smooth execution of bespoke systems.

The Role:

  • Manage and develop client relationships, handling enquiries and guiding projects from concept through to handover
  • Conduct technical sales meetings with clients, understanding requirements and proposing suitable solutions
  • Work closely with the engineering team to develop system designs, layouts, and pricing
  • Prepare detailed quotations, tenders, and technical proposals
  • Coordinate internal resources and lead communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Attend client sites and occasionally support at exhibitions and industry events

About You:

  • Strong technical sales or applications engineering background within process equipment, machinery, or manufacturing systems
  • Experience working on capital equipment projects – ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food sectors
  • Excellent communication skills, able to liaise effectively with engineers
