ECHELON ENGINEERS in the United Kingdom is seeking a hands-on Production Engineer to drive operational improvement and new product development across high-volume production.

The role involves improving output, reducing waste, and supporting industrialisation from prototype through to repeatable production, working across shop floor, suppliers and senior management.

You will develop automation, conveyors and layout improvements, review processes, and deliver practical solutions to bottlenecks.
