Process Plant Supervisor
We are recruiting a Process Plant Supervisor to own the safe, efficient and reliable day-to-day operation of the process plant, wells and loading facilities at a major process plant in Morocco.
Working a 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation on a 15-month contract, you will coordinate production from well through processing, storage and product loading.
The Role
- Monitor plant conditions such as pressures, temperatures, flows and levels, keeping operations within approved envelopes and design limits.
- Ensure product quality is correctly monitored and maintained.
- Identify abnormal conditions and direct corrective actions through the shift supervisors and their panel and field operators.
- Act as custodian of the master P&IDs, cause and effect tables, SOPs and EOPs.
- Coordinate the well interface to keep feed stable and matched to plant capacity.
- Lead process safety, including management of change, with strong awareness of hydrocarbon, pressure, ammonia, hot oil, amine and cryogenic hazards.
- Drive production, throughput, quality and availability targets and minimise losses, flaring and downtime.
- Support development of a digital twin and simulator for training and debottlenecking.
