Mechanical Design Engineer (£30-40K)

We are working with a client seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer with 4+ years of industry experience, particularly in steel fabrications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in 3D CAD (SolidWorks preferred) to contribute to impact projects in a dynamic engineering environment. Key Responsibilities Design steel fabrications and mechanical systems to meet client specifications and industry standards. Create 3D models and detailed technical drawings using SolidWorks (or similar CAD software). Develop comprehensive manufacturing packs, including material lists and assembly instructions. Collaborate across teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and optimized for cost and performance. Provide ongoing technical support during the manufacturing process. Required Skills
