We are seeking a skilled and versatile Painter/Decorator Maintenance Engineer to perform both reactive and planned internal maintenance tasks. This role primarily involves painting and decorating, but applicants must also be able to undertake other internal maintenance work such as basic joinery tasks, basic drylining, internal floor repairs etc. Works will be based across Warrington and surrounding areas with daily travelling up to 3/4 hours total (company vehicle and fuel card provided). Weekend and overtime available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out painting and decorating tasks, including surface preparation, painting, wallpapering, and touch-ups.
- Repairs to flooring to reduce trip hazards.
- Wood work and window redecorations.
- Various minor internal tasks.
- Conduct reactive maintenance tasks promptly to address internal issues.
- Undertake planned maintenance, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards.
