Senior Property Investment Consultant

We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Senior Property Investment Consultant for our client specialising in the Social Housing sector.

The role can be based anywhere in the UK with travel to meet clients and developers and attend sites.

The role –

• Engage with clients understanding their investment goals and requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients offering tailored investment options within the social housing sector
• Provide excellent customer experience and follow up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure targets are met and exceeded
• Proactively seek out new business and clients through existing network and various channels

• Self Employed position
• Remote anywhere from the UK
• 60% commissions if own lead
• 40% commissions if company lead
• 20 Qualified leads per week through company advertisements and socials
• OTE 150,000 GBP
