We are seeking a dedicated Services Manager to join our Lothian Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who aligns with our organisational values and is passionate about driving positive change. Responsibilities:
  • Provide and maintain a quality service, focusing on developing skills, intervention strategies and maximising independence for those we support.
  • Liaise with multi‑disciplinary teams, develop and audit care and/or support plans, and manage risk and people.
  • Develop close links in the local community to promote the service and the organisation.
  • Manage the direct service provision of a group of services to the highest quality and maintain these services as autism specific.
  • Manage financial and budgetary targets and participate in planning, updating and reviewing budgets.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant qualification as set by the SSSC (e.g., SVQ level 4 in Health/Social Care, Leadership in Management and Care Award).
  • Experience in a management role.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
