Join our Edinburgh and Lothian team in our Bonnyrigg Housing Support Service, where we support individuals on a daily basis using a person-centred approach focused on promoting independence, providing personal and household support and care, building confidence, and supporting positive mental health and wellbeing. We aim to empower people to lead fulfilling lives within their communities.
Salary: Starting at £12.60 per hour, rising to £12.82 after probation. Opportunity to progress to £13.30 at your pace. Full UK Driver's License required.

- Continuously develop and implement personalised support plans with the supported people, their support network, and other stakeholders to ensure their life goals and aspirations are the main focus.
- Build positive relationships with the supported people.
- Support people with choice and engage them in their chosen activities.
- Be an active part of their local community.
- Build skills and support them to live as independently as possible.
- Support with personal care where required, with dignity and respect.
