Senior Gardener – Vacancy
A fantastic opportunity is available for a skilled and knowledgeable gardener to join a team working in a private estate in Virginia Water, Surrey.
It is an exciting chance to be involved in a garden that is both an existing established designed and built garden in the majority as well as a new project in certain areas.
As the senior gardener you will be responsible for the maintenance of the established gardens, but also to support the other developing areas of the garden working under the leadership of the head gardener.
The ideal candidate will need to have strong horticultural knowledge and experience in working in a private garden at the highest standards.
You will need experience in leading others as well as the initiative to work on your own.
The garden extends to 10 acres, 7 of which are well established, and the other 3 are under development by a leading garden designer.
The gardens have an incredible array of specimens that need a knowledgeable gardener to care for them appropriately.
The family love spending time in the gardens, and it is a real passion of the owner who is very involved in their development.
