You will play a key role in ensuring the estate’s gardens are presented to the highest standard throughout the year, working with a team that shares your passion for horticulture. This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining specialist machinery, including ride-on mowers, strimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters, while ensuring all tools remain in excellent condition. Managing and maintaining the estate’s irrigation systems will be essential in supporting the health and vitality of its stunning plant collections and immaculate lawns.
You will also contribute to the care and refinement of newly developed garden areas, applying your expertise to shape and enhance these evolving landscapes. Candidates must have an in-depth understanding of estate gardening, with a strong background in formal settings and a recognised horticultural qualification.
