This role is ideal for a self-motivated and passionate horticulturalist eager to work in a stunning environment, contributing to the care and development of the gardens alongside a small, close-knit, and long-standing team.
The estate features beautifully maintained lawns, protected trees, vegetable patches, and a greenhouse, all waiting for an experienced hand to fully establish and develop. Comprehensive plant knowledge, including expertise in woodland management, is essential, as are the relevant horticultural qualifications. In addition to technical skills, the Head Gardener will be expected to demonstrate strong communication abilities and a friendly, approachable nature, working both independently and as part of a team.
