Experienced Gardener sought for a private 4-acre estate near Marlow. The estate features a well-maintained garden with woodlands, pond, formal lawns and borders, organic orchard, walled rose and vegetable garden. Additionally, there are 30 acres of grazing land under tenancy.
This position reports to the Head Gardener. Candidates should be able to use their own initiative, have a friendly and proactive attitude, be well-organized, and willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions. A willingness to learn on the job is essential.
Experience with garden machinery such as ride-on mowers, pedestrian mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, and weeding equipment is advantageous.
The salary is in the range of £30,000 to £32,000, with a Monday to Friday, 40-hour workweek.
