This hands-on role involves operating and maintaining specialist machinery, including ride-on mowers, strimmers, blowers, and hedge cutters, while ensuring all tools remain in excellent condition. You will also contribute to the care and refinement of newly developed garden areas, applying your expertise to shape and enhance these evolving landscapes. Minimum Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of estate gardening with a strong background in formal settings.
- Recognised horticultural qualification.
- PA1 and PA6 spraying certificates.
- Hands-on experience in managing irrigation systems.

- Organised and methodical mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.

This is a full-time position, with working hours from 08:00 to 16:00. The role involves a five-day working week, which may include weekends as part of a rota. The salary offered is up to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, with a discretionary annual bonus following a successful probationary period.
An enhanced DBS check, which will be covered by the employer, and the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement are required as part of the employment terms.
