Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractor maintenance and reactive visits to client sites.
- Manage and update ECG’s CAFM system, Corrigo.
- Manage and update client‑driven CAFM systems such as eLogbooks and Maistro.
- Respond to client enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with client‑driven SLAs and KPIs.
- Work effectively and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Skills and Qualifications Required – Knowledge and Understanding:
- Knowledge of CAFM systems such as eLogbooks, Maistro, and Concerto.
- Previous experience in a similar role coordinating subcontractor work activities.
- Experience/knowledge of the Facilities Management/Building Services industry.
- Facilities Management helpdesk experience.
- Working knowledge of Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good numeracy skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook).
- Highly detailed‑oriented.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced office environment.
- Ability to manage workload effectively, prioritising key tasks.
- Team player, able to integrate into a close‑knit team.
