Package & Benefits:
- Salary: £27k - £29k per annum
- Hours: 40 hours per week

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule in-house engineering labour visits.
- Assist Technical Manager in planning Reactive, Fixed Price and Maintenance Work orders.
- Check and verify engineers' report sheets and timecards on a daily basis.
- Manage and update CAFM (Computer-Aided Facilities Management) systems.
- Respond to client queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Accurately record and process data using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks effectively.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in coordinating engineering teams.
- Experience working in a very fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferably in facilities or service industries).
- Knowledge of CAFM systems.
- Ability to work to strict SLAs & KPIs.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
